Our founder (and father) Rolf Salm, immigrated with his wife and their eldest son from Germany to the United States in 1958. Joining his in-laws and searching for a better way of life. He eventually found what he was looking for; The American Dream! With his engineering skills and his meticulous attention to detail, he built a name for himself and Aero-Space Tooling very early on. He was and still is a very well respected engineer and machinist to this day. With his help, Aero-Space Tooling has built some amazing parts for the Aero-Space, Defense, Medical and Mining industries and has received numerous awards for excellence from prominent companies nation wide. Aero-Space Tooling prides itself on the quality of the products it delivers.
