Aerospace Industries is a manufacturing company specializing primarily in aviation carbon fiber components. We are currently expanding our services to assist clients with any aspect of the manufacturing process, from the initial R&D or design process to the final polished manufactured product. Our variety of technologies and seasoned experience allow us to tackle any project: State-of-the-art 3D scanning equipment, advanced CNC machine, industrial paint booth, 3D printers for scaled prototyping, and experience in mold machining, composites manufacturing, CAD, SolidWorks and design. We operate in Broomfield, CO: Our main building is located on the corner of 108th Street and Wadsworth Pkwy. Our other location, used for CNC and design work, is nestled a few minutes north at the Rocky Mountain Metro Airport. Our 3D scanner is ISO 9001 certified and accurate to 0.0016. This incredible technology is used for quality control, new product development and insightful reverse-engineering. Combined with our CAD and design experience, our scanner allows us to bring ideas into reality. We use our 4x8 CNC machine to precisely shape/cut material or to cut molds used to create any carbon fiber and fiberglass product. Our in-house production allows competitive pricing and short lead times when raw materials are available.
