We started operations in 2000, specializing in Motorsports applications for unique processes such as piston ring groove coatings. AMC has since advanced its operation by building a new facility in 2007, incorporating an automated computer controlled processing line for repeatable consistent quality metal finishing, batch after batch. We have a proven track record of running successful QMS systems, achieving ISO9001 certification in 2008. Advanced Material Coatings is proud to announce it was awarded NADCAP certified in Aerospace Quality System (AC7004) and Chemical Processing in the fall of 2015, and also holds a Federal Firearms License. AMC presently offers services such as sulfuric anodizing, MIL-A-8625 Type II, Type III, MIL-DTL-5541 Chromate, REM Finishing, Precision Racking and Laser Marking for part identification including logos and other value add services.
