Dock space for repairs, mobilizations, & demobilizations with shore power and water connections. Machine shop services including steel and aluminum fabrication & welding. Mechanical, structural, electrical, electronic, control, & joiner system services. Planned 12,000 sq. ft. (1,115 sq. m.) on-site warehouse. Tool Room, Office space, restrooms, break room, & conference room. Painting, Sandblasting, and Hydro blasting services. Cranes, Cherry pickers, & Forklifts. Tug Services Barge repairs and barge ballasting. Fuel storage, Gas freeing & Tank Cleaning service. USCG & Classification society services. Security Fencing, Cameras, & Living Quarters We offer short- or long-term storage available in mostly fresh water and storm safe port. Facilities are manned, gated, lighted and have surveillance cameras. Market & show vessels to perspective buyers. Kept on shore power with HVAC running. Daily bilge, rope & security checks.
