American Cosmetic Manufacturers Association "ACMA" is a registered trade association of cosmetic manufacturers and distributors located in the heart of Washington D.C. ACMA is dedicated to helping members to expand and thrive in an international marketplace! Our association has offices in the nation's capital and represents the interests of American companies that wish to export their cosmetics and personal care products. ACMA offers members a wealth of resources, from certification in Good Manufacturing Practices to navigating the document legalization process. ACMA focuses on certifying documents such as Certificates of Free Sale, Good Manufacturing Practices Certificates, and BSE Certificates. Our system allows us to offer expedited processing for Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, and Bills of Lading. ACMA stays on top of the latest regulations and requirements of the international marketplace, in order to best support our members as they move their companies and products onto the global stage. ACMA Goals: To provide assistance to small cosmetic companies to understand export regulations. Partnering with the FDA to provide guidance on requirements of the international cosmetic market for our members. ACMA Programs: Customer Connect Registered Distributor Program brings manufacturers, distributors, and importers together for mutual benefit. Members can use our online program to obtain CFS, GMP, and BSE certificates. Certificates can then be processed by ACMA for low fees.
