As a small shop startup, we are fortunate to start with 3 state of the art milling machines as well as a very capable lathe. Complimenting these is our brand-new state of the art inspection equipment, including 36 micro-hite, optical comparator, and CMM. The equipment we have chosen to purchase allows us to visit several manufacturing aspects. With our equipment and expertise, we are capable of manufacturing low cost high volume parts as well as low volume (premium) high cost market. ISO 9001:2015 certification is already in progress and will be completed as soon as possible. This will allow us to go one step further in presenting formal requests for work from all manufacturers listings. As a startup with many years of experience, new machines, Inspection equipment, Design CAD and CAM software, we will have all the tools to become a quality vendor for your company.
