The SandZapper reduces the frequency of cleaning FWKO's, tanks, and other process facility equipment, cuts down on the quantity of chemicals used in water processing, minimizes risks of shutdowns, and increases the life cycle of valves and piping by removing harmful solids from raw production fluids and produced water. Company History: ASAP's origins can be traced back to its founding in 1992, providing solids control services to the petroleum industry in Colombia, South America. We then began to design and build our own oilfield solids control solutions and equipment. To date, we have manufactured and sold over 85 centrifuges and dozens of other units in five countries, including the United States.
