There were many workbenches designed and Built in third world countries, but nothing produced here in the United States showing any signs of Olde World Quality ~ Thus our tag line..."These are the good old Days!" In addtion, no one offered the opportunity to buy a Custom Height, or Custom shelving option for their clients. If they did the pricing was extremley high. The Company began in a residential garage just outside of Charleston South Carolina and with each year grew from the Garage to 700 Sq Ft and ultimately 6,000 Sq Ft in 2011. We now have 7 employees who would not otherwise have a job in this undulating economy. American Workbench offers 9 different sized and styled Custom workebnches made to order. We are to date the only Custom Reloading Bench builder. Clients have their names engraved on their benches at no charge.
