Arnel, Inc. was established in 1956 to manufacture precision electronic and conventional parts and assemblies, offering services such as tool and die designing, jig boring, stamping, and screw machine precision parts. In the late 1960s, the company diversified into producing components for the dental industry and U.S. Defense department contracts. By the 1970s, Arnel focused on full production and assembly of dental instruments like the Amalgam Carrier, Matrix Bands, and Amalgam Wells. With a global presence in over 21 countries, Arnel continues to manufacture dental instruments and is developing new restorative accessories for modern applications.
