Azane is a world leader in low-charge ammonia refrigeration packages. The Azanefreezer and Azanechiller are mature products developed originally in Europe by Star Refrigeration to comply with the EU F-gas regulations, but quickly became the preferred solution over central machinery room ammonia systems due to reduced operating cost, improved flexibility, and better risk management. These products fill a niche for system retrofits and expansions and are also scalable for even the largest cold storage warehouse (Azanefreezer) or industrial process facility (Azanechiller). These packages are ultra-reliable and ultra-efficient air-cooled systems which do not consume water and dramatically reduce maintenance costs.
