BaroFold provides the leading solution for solving the challenges of protein refolding and aggregation and enables E coli cytoplasmic expression to be the most efficient and cost effective expression technology when glycosylation is not required. BaroFolds contract research services leverage a scalable, cGMP validated, Pressure Enabled Protein Manufacturing Technology (PreEMT) for accelerating biologic drug development by reversing protein aggregation. BaroFold helps companies create novel protein therapeutics, accelerate therapeutic protein development and manufacture follow-on biologics where access to a novel process technology is critical. BaroFold manufactures state of the art PreEMT units for laboratory research and client clinical production requirements.
