We transformed a century old over-grazed ranch in Central California into a little oasis in this beautiful part of the state. By bringing in water and local shrubs, we have created a natural habitat for all sorts of animals, from quail, road-runners, Golden Eagles, and Red Hawks to Kit Foxes, Badgers, and Coyotes. We added 600 Olive trees given their draught resistance and of course their natural beauty. We grow Italian Olive varieties, such as Leccino, Taggiasca, Pendolino, Moraiolo, and Frantoio. Our trees produce an award-winning fine, spicy and grassy oil. We cold-press our olives with no additional heat or chemical treatment to ensure a wonderful Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
