Bohns Sales & Service was founded in 1995 by Mark Bohn in Grand Haven, Michigan, the same Coast Guard City where Dake still manufactures hydraulic presses. In 1995 Dake had decided to eliminate their custom press business and the excellent service they had provided for many years. After finding himself downsized as Service Manager from Dake Press, a major manufacture of hydraulic presses, Mark negotiated with Dake and Bohns Sales & Service became the premier service center with factory trained experience and an authorized distributor for all of the Dake product lines. Twenty-one years later, Bohns Sales & Service is still servicing the Dake Custom Press line with factory trained expertise, providing rebuilds, retrofits and safety upgrades all over the USA and Internationally. They also provide modifications to the existing Dake product offering when safety, speed or other application requirements are needed for the customer. With experience comes diversification, so if you own another hydraulic press that's not a Dake, chances are we have worked on them also. Our motto is simple, Service Sells!
