Custom Service Manufacturing, LLC (CSM) operates out of 80,000 square foot facility located in Elkhorn WI and has been in operation since January 2008 supporting a Fortune 500 companys worldwide operations. CSM provides die cutting (converting services) plus other added value services together with fulfillment, warehousing and distribution support to meet worldwide demand. Products are laminated, die cut, classified, packaged and palletized ready to ship within the US and to operations in the Pacific Rim, Europe, Latin America, Southern Africa and Asia. Dedicated teams of management and hourly associates manage production requirements that meet or exceed customer expectations. Delivery criteria are consistently at 100% for both US and Offshore destinations with no expedited freight charges. CSM is a registered Womans Business Enterprise (WBE), a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and is designated by the SBA as a Small Disadvantaged Business. We operate under the TS16949 Quality Management System.
