Danco Precision Inc.

DANCOs precision-stamped custom laminations, electric motor cores, and stacks can be found in the automotive, aerospace, military, space exploration, and commercial products throughout the world. This is DANCOs eighth decade producing high-quality custom metal laminations, electric motor cores, and stacks. Since founded in 1949, DANCO Precision has been a quality oriented and price competitive innovator in the manufacture of laminations and stacked cores. DANCOs intricate & precise measuring capabilities produce products as small as .250 or as large as 48, from several ounces up to hundreds of pounds, from small prototype quantities to production runs in the millions. It is our experience and expertise that truly sets us apart from competitors. A majority of our employees, from all areas of the company, have been with us for over 20 years, providing our customers with a deep understanding of their wants and needs. This allows us to provide enhanced customer satisfaction beyond engineering drawings and specifications. While DANCO often runs and maintains customer-supplied tooling, we also design and manufacture many types of lamination tooling ranging from prototype and notch-type up to high-production carbide progressive dies. As the aerospace industry demand for high-performance electrical alloys has grown, DANCO has kept pace with its annealing department and materials test lab, where we check core loss, permeability and mechanical properties of cobalt-iron grades.
