Don Polvorón Bakery, founded by brothers Oscar and Jorge Flores in 2006, is a traditional Mexican bakery offering panadería, pastelería, and lonchería services. With over 20 years of experience in baking and cake decorating, the bakery provides a delightful panadería experience to the community. Jorge Flores, after completing Le Cordon Blue’s Diplome de Pâtisserie and Baking, expanded the offerings to include a wider selection of pastries and cakes. Managed by Jorge and his wife, Myrtha, the bakery has evolved into a modern concept of a traditional panadería, combining various baked goods and meals under one roof.
