Specializing in volume vapor degreasing, precision cleaning and cleanliness validation to ISO 16232/VDA 19 with analysis conducted in our own, state of the art ISO 5 level cleanroom utilizing an automated microscope that includes its own dedicated software system. In August of 2021 we successfully integrated our ERP system into our QMS system which includes, unique order numbers, barcoded job travelers with work instructions, operator scans for enhanced traceability and cloud storage. We have a mature quality system and training protocol to properly handle even your most complex jobs. As evidence, in 2023 we processed 8,500 unique orders (over 1 billion parts) with no RMA's or corrective actions.
