Ferguson will customize your parts to specifics shapes, sizes, and hole configurations utilizing sophisticated, complex tooling and machine capabilities. We specialize in thicknesses from 0.002 (0.050 mm) to 1.00 (25.4mm) and hole sizes from 0.003 (0.076mm) to 4.00 (305mm). Our other fabricating capabilities include leveling, shearing, slitting, laser cutting, welding, forming, and tube and cone rolling. We can also provide parts with powder coating, annealing, or polishing. Ferguson Perforating is the only perforator in the US that has developed a quality system certified to AS9100D, required for the Aerospace Industrys highest quality standards. Ferguson also has attained NADCAP certification (for non-conventional machining). These qualifications are in addition to our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
