We also supply tool foam sheets for do-it-yourself shadow boards, and we create custom inserts for our large aerospace customers. However, the standard designs save time and money for many of our customers. FoamFit Tools has been creating tool organizers in Green Bay, WI since 2009. We cut our organizers from closed-cell polyethylene tool foam on precision CNC equipment. The foam is tear resistant, does not absorb liquids, and is resistant to most fuels and oils. The layers are thermally bonded for maximum durability. The pockets are cut to varying depths exposing a contrasting color underneath.
