Northampton Community College continues to offer accelerated training programs in the field of Manufacturing. Our programs develop a talent pipeline to help local manufacturers meet their need for qualified employees. The Lehigh Valley is one of the top 50 Manufacturing Regions in the US offering many career opportunities to our program completers. This non-credit program, funded by a grant from the PA Department of Community and Economic Development, features three courses which, upon completion, will provide job seekers with certifications and micro-credentials which reflect the skills and knowledge earned. Our program graduates have already begun successful careers in manufacturing companies across the Lehigh Valley! Students will receive a combination of hands-on, on-line and classroom instruction. They will have opportunities to hear from a range of experienced instructors, tour local manufacturing companies and participate in our Employer Day.
