K & K Die began as a tier III supplier 1974 as a four-man operation, producing dies, tools, and some stampings in St. Clair Michigan. The company has grown to 65 employees. A manufacturing facility capable of taking a customers part or assembly design requirements from prototype to production part with full time trained team members. CNC Programming and Machining capability using modern CAD/CAM applications and high precision CNC Machines. Production facility capable of running progressive & line die tools in stamping presses ranging from 10 ton to 800 ton with bed sizes up to 60 x 144 in. State-of-the-art robotic mig and projection welding cells. A well equipped and maintained metrology lab equipped with hand held gages and a Zeiss CMM, for high precision data collection and its statistical analysis for supporting customer requirements.
