The production mills boasts 20HP for heavy cuts, high-speed machining for efficient operations and rigid tapping for threading. The low volume mill has a 10,000 rpm spindle and high-speed machining processor with wireless programming for reduced setup times. Our lathes are able to hold tolerances up to +/-0.0002. The high-volume production machine is complete with sub-spindle, bar feeder and live tooling which translates to reduced part costs and increased capacity. The low volume workhorse is equipped with an 8 3-jaw chuck, large spindle bore capacity and a tailstock for added support.
