At Limitless Yoga, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. As a one-woman-owned and led company, I seek to help others thrive and live by nourishing body, mind and soul through yoga. My name is Katherine Carbajal and the beautiful journey of yoga has been a part of my life since I fell, head over heels, for the entire practice in 2019. Yoga has increased my strength and flexibility on and off the mat, opened up my heart, helped me to live each moment mindfully and fearlessly, I like to credit this practice for changing my life and I would love to offer that to you! I received my 200 hr RYT from Dhyana Yoga Journey in 2020 in effort to spread the beauty that I have found on my mat. In my classes, I believe that proven-effective breathing techniques, safe body manipulation, challenges, kind words and inspiration deeply assist in the expansiveness of the whole being. My hope is that you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. My favorite things to teach are breath work, meditation and Hatha and Yin style yogas. I am also certified in gentle/chair yoga for those with innjuries of who are of a more prosperous age.
