Lone Star Circuits/Manufacturing and Machining specializes in building rigid and rigid flex PCB's and close tolerance CNC machining services. We build on a wide range of materials with in-house laser drill, stacked/staggered microvias, Ormet, multilayer PTFE hybrid packaging for manifolds, radiators, antennas, radomes and tiles. We offer large format 24 x 50 panelization and run both prototype and high-volume production in our 101,000 square foot shop. We also build 3-D Smart Products, horizontal/vertical RF launch sites, active cavity construction with thermal floor custom baseplates for high power amplifiers, copper pedestals with selective surface finish and we offer controlled impedance of +/-3%
