Every item that we sell has one goal in mind. Help you get set up and running parts faster. Collet Racks - Our collet racks are not your everyday collet rack. The collet rack is made from a billet piece of 6061 aluminum, anodized black , after anodizing the sizing is engraved into the rack and the sizing post are also machined. At every engraved size is a post that is machined to that size. This lets you size the collet easily and ensures that the collet is put away in the proper location. Soft Jaws - Our soft jaws fit standard mill vises with 1/2-13 mounting bolts with a 3.875" spacing. The jaws are machined on all sides, .03 corner round on all edges, slotted mounting holes and reliefs cut on back to ensure a secure mounting time after time. All soft jaws have a vise jaw alignment tool available. Soft Jaw Alignment Tool - The alignment tool is your answer to getting your soft jaws aligned when reinstalling them after the initial use. You simply use the alignment tool when installing the jaws for the first time. Cut the jaws and run the parts. Later when you need to set the jaws back up use the alignment tool again to install the jaws and the two vise jaws will be aligned once again with one another. No more tapping vise jaws around to line them up with each other. All products can be altered to your needs and custom item are also available upon request.
