In addition to large format machining, Marberry Machine is also quite efficient machining products from 1.5" - 12" diameter in our CNC Lathe Cell which includes Mazak and Mori Seiki Lathes with Live Tooling, or one of the other 36 machine tools (comprised of a diverse blend of turning and milling equipment). To offer additional value added processes, for years Marberry Machine has performed in house inconel 625 corrosion resistant overlays on a multitude of products. In our stable of procedures you will find DNV approved 625 on 4130, F22 , 8630 and many others. Over the years, we have developed the expertise in machining exotic materials, such as waspalloy, hastelloy, nitornic 60, Beta C titanium, ferralium, renee 55 to inconels.
