The MWCC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to strengthen and grow the state and national economies through performance excellence. We help organizations of all types use world class techniques, such as lean and six sigma, to build competitive capability. Our collaborative includes state and local government, expert practitioners and service providers, and a diverse collection of member companies (manufacturing, aerospace and defense, engineering, financial service firms, health care providers, commercial and food products, and many others). We offer diagnostic, benchmarking and planning tools; educational workshops and programs; networking opportunities and speaker events; and consulting and financial implementation support. The Maryland World Class Consortia delivers business results.
