Mindrum Precision is a custom manufacturer of precision components and assemblies in engineered and conventional materials. This includes but is not limited to glass, quartz, ceramics, sapphire, aluminum, titanium, copper and stainless steel. We specialize in low-volume, high-precision, complex parts on short timelines, but also work in long-term production quantities. Complete shaping ability with CNC surface grinding, CNC turning and CNC milling including simultaneous 5-axis machining. Complete plano, spherical and cylindrical polishing ability with spindle, continuous and double-side lappers and polishers. Other capabilities include glassblowing, acid etching and soldering. We also have a HEPA-Filtered Positive Pressure Cleanroom with Gowning Area that contains a Laminar Flow Booth Workstation for assembly, cleaning and packaging. We also manufacture a double-latching miniaturized solenoid valve, otherwise known as a Micro Valve and under license from NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, commonly used in mass spectrometers.
