The Company began by fabricating and erecting structural steel & miscellaneous iron, our resume includes schools, libraries, train stations, hospitals, high-rises & industrial facilities. Throughout the years, weve expanded our certifications & capabilities to service the transportation sector, fabricating new bridges, bridge repairs, and full-scale historical bascule bridge renovations for various State DOTs & the City of Chicago. Currently led by Ms. Jeanne Robbins, third generation ownership, Munster Steel Co., Inc. continues to grow with a focus to the future. In 2014, we proudly built a new, state-of-the-art facility in Hammond, Indiana & invested in new automated equipment that's helped us increase our fabrication capacity to 500 tons per month.
