And, as the saying goes, with great opportunity comes great responsibility. Successors have tremendous opportunity in the pharmacies they work and, subsequently, have tremendous responsibilities. Up until now, there hasn't been a place for pharmacy successors to gather to discuss issues concerning successors specifically. These issues can create stress, tension, and uncertainty about eventually taking managerial and, eventually, ownership control of the pharmacies in which successors work.
