To create a unified set of standard operations following manufacturer repair procedures to insure safe and thorough processes of restoring vehicles to their pre-loss condition. Maintaining those standards on every repair and documenting those standards for payment purposes. To provide an opportunity for those in the repair industry to meet and network with shop owners, technicians, business leaders, tool providers, and industry affiliates to benefit the repair industry as an alliance.
