PA is an aerospace and defense manufacturer that was founded in 1962. By 1972, the company had grown to be a million-dollar operation that focused on mill and lathe operations. By the turn of the century, PA had grown to be an industry leader in the area of value housing, enclosure, complex large & small parts, prototype machining and manifold production. The company is proud to state that it has a part on almost every airframe in operation and on many navy ships. n 2001, PA became one of the first companies in its class to move to cell based lean manufacturing. In 2018, PA was purchased by the Black Mountain Investment Company. Backed by new ownership, PA gained extensive financial backing to support its future growth and expansion plans. In 2022, Riggins Engineering Inc. & Pinnacle Mfg. Co., Inc. were consolidated under PA in the companys Phoenix Arizona manufacturing plant. Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100D certified.
