The Partnership for Career Development is a nonprofit that leads career readiness initiatives to improve workforce and economic development in South Central Pennsylvania. The Partnership offers a variety of programs for schools, businesses and students including: Consortiums County-level and regional sessions held throughout the academic year that provide opportunities for educators to collaborate on career readiness challenges and strategies Career Connections Career exploration events for high school students to learn about in-demand careers in industries such as healthcare, technology, manufacturing and logistics Educator in the Workplace Employer-based events that connect educators with on-site tours and experiences to broaden their knowledge of careers that they can share in the classroom The organization serves Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lebanon, Perry and York counties.
