Founded in 1917, as Pioneer Rubber Company, Pioneer has grown from a manufacturer of dipped latex products to a worldwide organization that provides innovative product solutions to a diversified customer base. From its primary distribution facility located in El Dorado, Kansas, Pioneer ships its balloons and balloon related products to over 120 different countries. El Dorado also manufactures the Qualatex Microfoil balloons and is the domestic printing facility for latex balloons as well as a myriad of other balloon related products. Pioneers latex manufacturing plants are located in Dallas, Texas; Ashland, Ohio; Hamilton, Canada; and Guadalajara, Mexico.
