Although on time delivery is very important to Precision Industries, we will not sacrifice quality to meet delivery dates. However, our goal is to supply quality products on time, every time. The quality effort at Precision is one of continuous change and improvement in terms of both available equipment and employee involvement. The role our production employees play in the quality effort is constantly being expanded. Precision Industries is a nonunion plant. We believe that stressing the importance of communication between management and shop floor personnel have made the presence of a union unnecessary.
