We are a Union Piping and Fabrication company located in Freeport, IL. Offering everything from code welding on process piping (Steam, Condensate, Water, Air, Etc.) to building platforms, handrails, and custom one-off fabrication. We are experienced with many different materials including but not limited to; Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, PVC, CPVC, Ductile Iron, Copper, and more. With over 20 years combined experience we have worked in many different industries; Food Process, General Industrial (Metal Forging to Paint Manufactures and most everything between), Commercial, and Fabrication. We have a fabrication facility setup to handle all offsite fabrication needs. Our shop is equipped with a bandsaw capable of an 18x21 cut, multiple welders (GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, FCAW), welding positioners, pipe threaders/groovers, 4x8 fixture table and most importantly highly skilled craftsman. As well as a team of sub-contractors that help us with Machining, Painting, Plasma cutting, Water Jet, Metal Forming and More. All welders are ASME B31.1/B31.3 certified. We also have the capability to mobilize and serve onsite service/maintenance needs. Our goal is to provide a product that exceeds industry standards while remaining competitive.
