PVT Inc. is an Inductotherm Group Company aligned with the Consarc Global Brand of companies whose mission is to design, manufacture and supply the highest quality equipment for melting and thermally processing high-performance materials in vacuum and controlled atmospheres. In the 1980s PVT licensed its vacuum aluminum brazing furnace designs to Consarc Engineering Ltds (CEL) precursor, located in Scotland, for business opportunities in European markets. PVT. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Consarc Corp. in 2003 and is now fully integrated into the Corporate facility in Southern New Jersey. Our sister company CEL continues to market brazing furnaces in Europe, Western Asia, and the Middle East, while PVT and Consarc Corp. support the Americas and Eastern Asia. The acquisition of PVT by Consarc has strengthened and enhanced PVTs capabilities for manufacturing larger, custom furnace systems. We consider our Vacuum Aluminum Brazing furnaces to be the best in the world with Type B instrumentation, Class 1 uniformity, and controls exclusively for brazing aluminum. Our most recent designs incorporate improvements and features that have evolved from our continuous experience building furnaces for this niche segment of heat treating over the years. PVT also manufactures Vacuum Heat Treat furnaces and supports its legacy Vacuum Induction Melting and Vacuum Precision Investment Casting furnaces, some of which are over 40 years old and still in service.
