To date, we are the only company to successfully exploit the enormous benefits of large-scale use of Invar (exotic steel alloy with near zero coefficient of thermal expansion) in high accuracy positioning machine structures, bringing new levels of accuracy to the shop floor. In 1996 REI developed the first Alumina Ceramic search Tubes for use in Ultrasonic Immersion Systems, a vast improvement over conventional Stainless steel designs.
