Riverside Communications is a leader for providing and procuring quality new and used network products and services, Worldwide. Our major product lines are Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, Foundry Networks, Extreme Networks, Force10 Networks, Nortel Networks and Hewlett-Packard. Much of our gear is sold "Unused," or "New in box". The remainder is reconditioned under strict procedures for quality assurance. The equipment is individually tested on a component by component basis, manufacturer paint is used for touch-up, broken face plates are replaced, new install kits/cables, systems pre-configured and each shipment is foam packaged. All of the equipment is eligible for manufacturer specified maintenance and/or support programs. We also offer third-party maintenance and installation programs for increased savings. If after market equipment is not available at discounts of 50% - 90% then we can supplement some components with new hardware at aggressive discount levels (Cisco 41% + off Ciscos list). Our group inventories equipment that is turned about every 45 days, so we can often help our customers with manufacturer lead-time issues. In addition to recycling, equipment repair, and buying/selling equipment, Riverside has partnerships with all of the Tier-1 Carriers (Qwest, Verizon, AT&T, Global Crossing and Sprint), as well as, the major Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). This partnership allows Riverside to supply end to end services to our customers at the same discount levels and expertise as going direct to the individual carriers for pricing
