We first considered naming the pump Geyser, however the same day we decided to call it Gusher as this sounded more forceful, stated Alois Ruthman, giving birth to the trade name Gusher Pumps. Ruthman is 100% family owned. Today, Ruthman owns sixteen production and service facilities in the United States, Germany and China.
