PCB wire modifications Wire modifications in fine gauge wire, fine-pitch Surface Mount Devices and through-hole components. Custom Cable Assemblies Design and build cables and wire harnesses using high-power, low-power and low to high density connectors. Documentation AutoCAD-LT, ORCAD and the MS Office suite of software, complete, concise and professionally formatted documentation. Interface with your MRP, Quality systems and formats to assist in your doc release. Test and Diagnostics Bench-top equipment, manual test boxes or Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Cable and system harness testing, military laser range-finder / designators and thermal imagers as well as ophthalmic laser surgery systems, including optical test bed alignment and calibration. Test Set Fabrication For the test interfaces you need to meet the specifications you require for testing, from prototype and bread-board/brass-board to documented, released equipment.
