The Raspberry Pi based single entry controller connects to any standard Wiegand compliant RFID, Bluetooth, NFC, or bio-metric credential readers to provide access control for residents to shared facilities such as the pool, gym, club house, laundry rooms, electric car charging stations, , etc. with optional per swipe financial transactions to facilitate cashless vending. Using WiFi and Bluetooth, our wireless controllers allow faster, easier, and inexpensive installations. A $2 per home monthly fee provides property managers access to our cloud based community management portal to manage the whole community, with unlimited calls from unlimited entrances, and unlimited residents.
