Rain Drains Oils Contained Founded in 1991, SPI develops unique environmental products for industrial applications. SPI technology is a passive oil containment system which allows rainwater to drain but totally seals in the event of an oil spill. It is a proactive approach to stopping oil spills from escaping and contaminating waterways, wetlands, and groundwater.
