We have added a core pin grinder that allows us to hold very tight tolerances for precision core pin grinding. We also perform mold preventive maintenance, (cleaning, greasing) and mold repairs. We have a micro welder that allows us to repair parting line flash without damaging amounts of preheating to the mold or cavities. Another service we provide is cavity polishing.
