TeoSys Engineering creates customer value by providing both technical services and customized laser systems development by integrating technologically advanced proprietary and COTS subsystems. We specialize in micro-positioning, laser materials and automation with100% inspection (optional). TeoSys specializes in 193nm deep UV but uses other wavelengths when the situation demands. Our patented intra-cavity gain control in our OEM Excimer laser allows us to use less power to obtain less taper and thus greater aspect ratios than our competition. Our laser wavelength and material interaction is enhanced due to the increased depth of focus as compared to all other Excimer lasers even at 1 HZ. (Yes, there are deposition requirements in the biomed field requiring a single, 8-10ns, 193nm pulse per second.) We developed the world's first portable, low cost, fully integrated laser machining system which fits on a desk. Oor gas mix is non-hazardous allowing office installation. Full size, industrial laser micromachining systems are also offered whicch may include up to 12 cooperative axes of motion with full parts handling subsystems. We use the appropriate laser or wavelength depending on the needs of the customer. All of the underlying subsystems remain the same enabling reuse. TeoSys has designed the electrical, mechanical, motion and software interfaces which are applicable to any type of laser (light bulb). The copyrighted software platform ior HMI runs on an industrial PC and is most unique in that it is a programmer-less user interface usable by any average high school student. We perform precision micro milling, marking, stripping, drilling, and cutting on all hard to process materials. We also have a full capability machine shop providing quick turnaround for our production as well as custom, one-off solutions.
