We have charted the acoustic effects of neck and body, shapes and tapers, on vintage, new and our prototype saxophones. This has allowed us to take saxophone design to a whole new level. We are always improving our products. Our custom, innovative mounting fixtures and NC programming processes help us create our truly innovative products. Our machine shop is state of the art, utilizing full 5 axis machining and the same ISO 9000 stringent quality systems required for aerospace and medical components. Every aspect of production is documented and implemented within our comprehensive, internally developed, ERP software. Our capabilities allow us to consistently duplicate Theos best designs, best facings, and best finish work that he has ever done on his best day.
