At Titan we have designed and built custom industrial heating systems for over 30 years. Our specialties include gas burners, tank heaters for metal finishing, hot oil tanks, control panels and complete ovens for up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit (537 degrees Celsius). Titan Industrial Heating staff can repair wire wound heating elements for Proheco and many other brand products. We manufacture gas burners for various commercial and industrial applications. Our custom built and designed tank heaters are mostly used for chemical processing like plating, metal finishing and the printed circuit board processing industries. One of our specialties is quartz heaters for acid solutions, which work on the same principle as infrared heaters for industrial heating solutions. Other types of heaters include over-the-side immersion heaters (in single tube) or triple tube style; which comes with an all purged welded heater and junction box. If a more even heat distribution is required, we recommend our L-Shape style heaters. Screw-in type heaters are also used for various industrial heating applications.
