TJC has built our business on catering to the defense contractors needs. We work closely with our clients, often providing planning and estimating services before projects are ever approved. TJC has worked closely over the years with our defense partners to make these existing buildings work for their manufacturing needs. We understand the original materials and methods of construction, including some of the potential concerns and hazards they pose. We also know and work closely with all the stakeholders located in the Industrial Park, which allows us to be efficient in implementing tasks that interface with them (utilities, approvals, permits, etc.). Over the years we have repurposed these buildings to manufacture missile systems, build rocket motor components, manufacture infrared countermeasures, house in-process/finished products, and provide office space. We have learned how to be inventive and resourceful when utilizing these structures for manufacturing defense products.
