FOOD WASTE DEHYDRATOR: There are over 3,400 Ecovim Food Waste Dehydrators in use worldwide. In general, these patented units use heat and mixing to remove water from the food waste, reducing the volume up to 90%. Typically the resultant dehydrate looks similar to coffee grounds. The dehydrators are simple to operate and only require electrical service and a typical floor drain. As the food waste is dehydrated it is sterilized and has multiple options for beneficial reuse. Ecovim manufactures four standard models that range from 66 to 1,100 pounds per cycle. BIG HANNA IN-VESSEL COMPOSTER: Big Hanna In-Vessel composters are tried and true on-site composters that have been manufactured since 1991. They are operating in over 35 countries, in all types of facilities, from arctic to desert climates. Big Hanna composters are designed to produce a mature compost with low utility and operational costs. The compost produced can be used as a soil amendment either on or off site. Big Hanna provides 10 standard models that range from 350 pounds to 12 tons per week capacity.
