Tupelo Tool & Die
Tupelo Tool & Die was founded in 1970 and was operated for 20 years by brothers Lee and Bob Earnest. During these years an outstanding reputation was earned for producing high quality tooling and dies. In 1990 the business was purchased by a group of new owners (T T and D, Inc.) who brought extensive manufacturing experience and a commitment to maintain and enhance the tool and die reputation. Over the years, they increased the physical plant by 50%, added production stamping capabilities, and added CAD, wire EDM, and CNC milling to keep up with the changes in industry. In 2015, Tupelo Tool & Die was acquired by TG Manufacturing, based in Michigan. TTD will serve as a stamping, CNC machining, and tool and die process center of excellence for the TG Manufacturing Group, allowing TG to expand in the South and Southeast as well as Latin America.
